Q  Does Allen Field send samples?
A  Yes! You can either contact our Customer Service Department at 1-877-959-3591 or request samples on-line by clicking on RFQ/Samples from the homepage. Allen Field reserves the right to limit quantities of requested samples.
Q  Does Allen Field design custom products for their customers?
A  Absolutely! Contact our Customer Service Department at 1-877-959-3591. We will be glad to work with you to help you with all your custom design and manufacturing needs.
Q  If I place an order with Allen Field today, when will I receive my product?
A  Your order will ship within 24 hours as long as the items are in stock.
Q  What do I do if I need my Allen Field order to ship today?
A  Please call our Customer Service Department at 1-877-959-3591 before 1:00PM EST to ensure same day shipment.
Q  What are acceptable payment options?
A  Allen Field accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We can ship your order as soon as credit is approved. Of course, Allen Field also accepts C.O.D. and prepayment as acceptable payment options.
Q  How do I set up credit terms with Allen Field?
A  Click here to download a credit form, or fax your credit sheets to us at 631-665-6129. If you have questions, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-877-959-3591. We will notify you as soon as your credit terms have been established.
Q  Is the cost of shipping included in the price of my merchandise?
A  Shipping is not included in the cost of Allen Field products and will be billed separately on all invoices. Shipping charges are based on weight, which is determined after your entire order has been packed for shipping.
Q  What if I want to return all or part of my order?
A  Returns are accepted on catalog products within 30 days of shipment. An authorization number must be assigned to all returns. Credit will not be issued for unauthorized returns. A restocking charge equal to 25 percent of all materials and services invoiced and all freight charges will apply to returns. If any damaged boxes should arrive they should be refused. If product is received damaged please contact sales rep so we can replace cargo.
Q  What if I want to cancel an order?
A  If there is a problem with your order, please contact our customer service department immediately. Notice of order cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations are reviewed on a per-order basis, subject to review of material costs, production schedules, and delivery expectations.
