Pack Expo: A sensational experience for all!

Hurricane Sandy brought much of the country to a standstill at the end of October, but she couldn’t stop the 2012 Pack Expo from becoming this year’s biggest packaging and processing trade show in the world!

While many potential attendees were stuck on the east coast because of Sandy, this year’s Pack Expo—which was held from Oct. 28-31 in Chicago—still drew 45,300 attendees, an increase of three percent over the 2010 figures. Many of the newcomers were international visitors, whose attendance was up eight percent from 2010.

Those at this year’s Pack Expo saw 1,965 companies—including Allen Field—displaying the latest in packaging and processing products and solutions. The number of companies at Pack Expo was up seven percent from the 2010 Pack Expo International.
